Tenet Turns 20: A Strategic Brand Milestone

Our client Tenet, a leader in engineering and design consultancy, marks 20 years in 2025, and we’ve worked with them to turn that milestone into something much bigger: a bold brand platform for the year ahead.

 

With a refined brand strategy, a striking anniversary mark, and 20 activation campaigns, we’ve built a year-long program designed to connect with employees, engage clients, and amplify Tenet’s presence across the industry.

 

And we’ve loved getting stuck in. From big-picture thinking to roll-your-sleeves-up delivery, our team has been behind a whole range of initiatives, including:

 

Marketing Materials —  anniversary branding across all marketing materials; including lanyards, bespoke pin badges, email signatures, Teams backgrounds and more, we’ve created a full suite of touchpoints to bring the celebration to life . 

 

STEM School Partnerships —Tenet has partnered with a local consortium of primary schools to promote STEM education at the primary level. The partnership was launched during one of the schools’ science fairs, where Tenet was invited to help judge the winners.

 

20th Anniversary Team Party – we utilised our connections with birchwood park to help make this happen. We facilitated the relationship and helped align the event to the 20th anniversary purpose and focus. We also designed invites to team and stakeholders and hope to launch the new website and pop-up exhibition on this date, along with designing and creating 20th anniversary bunting to style the event with! 

 

Immersive Exhibition – We’ve created a temporary pop-up exhibition showcasing Tenet’s most iconic projects and milestones from the past 20 years. Designed to be mobile, the exhibition will be displayed at events throughout the year and at various locations, highlighting Tenet’s achievements and continued growth.

 

A Head-Turning Mural — We’re proud to have supported Tenet in bringing their story to life through a striking new mural at their Warrington office in Birchwood Park, created by artist Stef Woof. Celebrating Tenet’s 20-year journey, the artwork captures the history, people, and values that have shaped the company, with a second mural already designed for their Wales HQ – watch this space for more!

 

New Website – We supported and guided the development of Tenet’s new website in celebration of this anniversary. Featuring an enhanced user experience and a sleek new design, the site is set to launch soon—and we look forward to revealing it to the Tenet team!  

 

Charity ChampionsWe also helped appoint two meaningful charity partners, Maggie’s Manchester and Awyr Las, aligning Tenet’s fundraising efforts with causes close to their team. From awareness campaigns to team challenges, the initiative is already making an impact — including a 100-mile walking challenge this month, with our own Client Services Director, Lianne, stepping up alongside six Tenet colleagues, and a zip line later this year in aid of Awys Las.
